LONGING FOR (+)
ONE’S WARRIOR

A paddy roof in a poor hamelet covered with smoke
A lonesome bird’s sounding on a branch of nut
A plaintive and wailing cry as weeping for one’s life
I’m missing thee days and nights !
Many a time I read thy poems until night oil running
I feel so melancholical with myself under a dim
moonlit
My old love as longtime I miss
They hovered, rapture-bound ’tween wake & dream !
The clouds’re still relentlessly floating days &
months
In a single room with a single pillow my dreams’re
full or not
While outside of the verandah, rain & wind keep on
persistently shedding the drops
To remind me certain love fermentation I once felt
giddy as drunken
As a pledge from our first date to assure our love &
sentiments
Several souvenirs we keep in mind, such as pursuing
butterflies & collecting flowers
To be close and no steps’d be left from each other...
We now feel so cold but our tears remain behind the
will shedding
Longing for one’s warrior makes our spring age
disappointed
Passengers & warriors can enjoy their lives with
companions in needs
No one knows I’ve been awaiting thee to keep on
traveling !

Mái rạ xóm nghèo khói uốn quanh,
Cánh chim lẻ bạn, gọi trên cành.
Não nùng, ai oán buồn thân phận,
Em vẫn đêm ngày thương nhớ anh !
Có những đêm trường ngồi đọc thơ,
Quạnh hiu một bóng dưới trăng mờ.
Cố nhân biền biệt, dài mong đợi,
Mê, tỉnh chập chờn những giấc mơ !
Mây vẫn vô tình ngày, tháng bay,
Phòng đơn, gối chiếc mộng vơi, đầy.
Ngoài hiên mưa gió rơi tầm tã
Gợi nhớ men tình, chếnh choáng say !
Tơ duyên ước hẹn buổi ban đầu,
Nghịch cảnh đường đời, lắm bể dâu...
Đuổi bướm, hái hoa bao kỷ niệm,
Không rời một bước, mãi bên nhau...
Lạnh cả trong lòng, lệ ướt mi,
Vọng phu ngao ngán kiếp xuân thì.
Viễn khách, chinh nhân vui có bạn,
Thấu chăng thiếp đợi bóng chàng đi ?!
